These days it seems nearly everyone is starting to consider living more locally…including us here at the Lark Books office. We’re lucky enough to live in a region overflowing with organic bounty, so much so that we’ve started getting weekly produce and eggs delivered from local farmers. What a fun way for us to get more connected to the land on which we live!

We’re so energized about the local sustainability movement, in fact, that we’ve started development on a new series starting in early Spring 2010 that celebrates the “homemade life,” shedding light on ways in which any of us can start introducing the locavore movement into our daily lives. Keep your eyes opened for progress on this exciting new series!
