Cutting edge technology with the simplest possible design: RAW Pipeline author Ted Dillard gives a simple tutorial on how to turn your SLR into a classic pinhole camera! All you need is a lens cap (without the lens, naturally), some tin foil, a needle or pin, and a drill. Post a comment and let us now how it worked out.
Pinhole is one of my favorite types of photography. Seeing the tutorial about making one in a video is very helpful. I’ve only seen them made out of matchboxes before so this is great! Drilll “rrrr”!

Though laser printers struggle to match the photographic quality of even a mid-range inkjet printer, care must be exercised in the selection of paper. It is best to select paper advertised for color laser printers for general purpose and rough-proofing in the 90-160 g/m2 range. For more exacting work, such as final copes of photographic reproductions, good quality papers and board can be used.
